Whole House Exclusivity
We only rent the house to one group at a time. All 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms, and rooftop terrace are 100% private to your party.
Zero Hidden Surcharges
The quoted price is what you pay. Standard utilities (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, air-conditioning, water), towels, linens, and cleaning are completely included.
Check-In & Timings
Standard Check-in is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 12:00 PM. Smart door digital lock allows smooth self check-in even late at night.
